Shipping policy

All orders are shipped worldwide from our warehouse in Melbourne (Australia) and Vancouver (Canada) using Australia Post and Canada Post. 

Shipping cost depends on how heavy your order is and whether you choose regular or express shipping. To see the exact cost, please use the shipping calculator at checkout.

When do I get my order?

Local Delivery (Australia & Canada): 5-14 business days from payment to delivery.
International (outside Australia & Canada): 7-21 business days.

All orders by Paper Provision will ship out by Friday of the week. For all orders received on Friday, we will try our best to ship out same-day but cannot make any promises. In that case, orders placed on Friday will ship out the following week.

Please note that International orders can sometimes take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.

Customs & Duties

Unless our store collects duty on your behalf, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.
